The 3 Ton Lithium Ion EC30E Electric Forklift
The EC30E electric forklift has two maintenance-free, permanent-magnet AC motors: one for acceleration and one for lifting. A zero-pollution, lithium-ion battery powers them. Under the hood, intelligent-tech monitors the systems on board to ensure a smooth operation.
The spacious driving area boasts an adjustable steering wheel, with ergonomically placed brake and accelerator pedals, to reduce driver fatigue. A cushioning function on the gantry ensures smooth lifting and lowering. This forklift provides lifting overload protection as standard, with an explosion-proof hydraulic system: even if the oil pipe bursts, the gantry will not drop suddenly. All the while, advanced technology prevents slippage on slopes.
Perfect for use indoors, the EC30E also excels outdoors—with high ground clearance and water proofing of all critical components. This 3 ton, 4 wheel electric forklift has a turning radius of just 2.2 metres. To ensure the longest possible operation times, an operator can quickly switch the battery, using a pallet truck. A 230Ah battery is supplied as standard; 100Ah, 150Ah, and 230Ah spare batteries are available on request. We provide an 80V / 60Ah charger as standard. The 230Ah battery can be fully charged in 4-5 hours, and will operate for up to 6 hours
The operator can easily pair the forklift’s intelligent operating system to their mobile phone, via Bluetooth. Through its advanced IoT system (internet of things), the operator can view operating parameters and any fault information, and adjust accordingly. For more manual work, the operator can pop the cover for easy access to all electrical components and batteries.
Designed to take a beating, the EC30E electric forklifts are manufactured with large channel steel. They can lift and transport their maximum designated load with ease.
